Org Structure

We hold business meetings on the third Sunday of every month from 6 - 7:15 PM. All member meetings are encouraged to attend - and all are encouraged to vote in an ACANYIG Rep as their liaison.

We operate on a participatory democratic governance structure - all key decisions are brought to the group, discussed, and voted.

Our meetings follow a set agenda that has evolved over many years. We also believe in rotating service - so key roles rotate annually.


Key roles include:

  • Group Facilitator (formerly Chairperson)

  • Finance Lead (formerly Treasurer)

  • Communications Lead (formerly Corresponding Secretary)

  • Records Lead

  • Events Lead

  • Tech Lead

  • WSO Liaison

Our meetings are held on Zoom.
